4 frozen chicken breast
6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup baby carrots
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
3 cloves chopped or minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup cheap white wine
1/2 tsp ground thyme
Put all of the ingredients into the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta. So easy and so flavorful!
